George and Zurav were certainly the "A" team as promised.They arrived on schedule and worked very hard all day hand-digging through unexpectedly rocky soil.As promised, they diligently dug down some six feet to the base of the foundation and ensured drainage to the weeping tile.Since they weren't able to finish the job in one day as planned, they came back the next morning and continued sawing the opening, chiselling it out, installing the window, cutting the joists, reinforcing all and caulking/levelling/sealing.And they worked until 9 at night to complete the job!George and Zurav were friendly, diligent and hard workers.They cleaned up everything very well, inside and out.We would highly recommend them.Thanks again for a job well-done.We are delighted with the new window.Cheers,Paul Muller

They were here around 10am and left around 2pm, they took the old windows and cleaned up after themselves once finished. The framing around the windows are very nice. I had French doors installed in replacement to sliding doors. There was some mishap on Everest Windows side during booking my installation appointment and their truck breaking down. But that was the only reason for 4/5 stars. From initial meeting with sales rep and guys coming to do install, it was nothing short of professional. Also happy with the work they did with fitting the door and the quality of the door. They also cleaned up all the work they did, so I appreciated that. They followed up a few weeks after install too which was a nice touch and explained why the door latch doesn't properly close (will have to wait for the weather to get warmer). I do recommend them for the price and quality of door.

Bought two tilt and turn windows. Had problems with the first that they promptly fixed the hinges werent installed properly last year. Bought another this year and am also having issues with the hinge. As with the first one this was installed professionally. They sent out a repairman who promptly fixed the window within a week. I am pleased just wish they were both operating well without them having to send a worker, and it took a little time for Leon to agree to come and fix. None the less, I am satisfied and it is working now as it should. The installation was done correctly, the repairman had to use a special tool to adjust the window.
